I want to find cheap property to buy to withstand the upcoming societal collapse. I’m thinking of places with less ooga booga nig nogs so I don’t get stabbed. I’m already planning on living in Maine in the summer, but I’m not sure where I’d live in the winter months since it will be too cold in Maine. It needs to be cheap and I’m open to living abroad. let me drop some knowledge for you youngins, general career/life advice

you have until about 25 to get your shit together. no one ever told me this. i had zero guidance whatsoever. my parents didn't care what I did with my life, no degree, I could be a retail associate until the day I do for all they care, so long as it doesn't affect them.

after about 25 you start to feel the affects of being old. you have less energy. less motivation. after years of toiling with little to show for it, you start to see the futility in all of it.

i'm about 29 now, I have no desire to keep trying. i had my shot, I was fucked over, and now I just don't have the energy to dig myself out of this hole. most people my age are already married with homes or careers. it's pointless for me to try. all that's left now is a snowball effect on my joke of a life.

make it before 25 or suffer the same fate. you dont have as much time as you think you do.
