Nothing of interest is in the chainlink-repo as of today. Right now it is nothing more than a JSON Parser.
There is no API Propagation for Node Operators.
There is no Congregation Code to determine how far the deviation can be. How big can the results deviate? What about the time deviation? Is this fixed or is it configureable when setting up the contract?

So what? The Problem is not writing the Code, it is to find the problems which can't be anticipated and can only be found by using the network ( i.e. unforeseen race conditions).
