You are crazy. He's a bot that responds to key words with some human oversight. Sometimes he'll even respond to himself if he mentions a keyword. (picrel)
About half his posts are just canned stupid messages like "millennial rocks always lose money". It's easy enough to filter him, but his posts are so pants-on-head stupid they always draw anons in to respond, shitting the thread up for everyone.

Sometimes it will echo what someone else posted and that will trigger it to respond to itself (picrel)
Problem is, most of the time it just shitposts so there's no trigger in its response.
