So, we all know that the float has been sold many, many times over, but why doesn't AA ever say anything about synthetic shares and fuckery?

Here's why:

AA contacts their transfer agent (Computershare) and says "YO - just checking how many of our goddamn shares you've sold, because peeps be telling me some mad shit"

Computershare responds "Sup, you big-dick-swinging beautiful Silverback? Just the 515 milly, we swearz it"

AA - "Hmmmmm... SUS! How many was it in June last year?!"

CS - "The same 515M"

AA - "k thx, bai"

MEANWHILE...

Retail goes to their broker, sees the goddamn sexy dip, sells their house, wife, kids, car and places a buy order to get to XXXXX shares

Their broker goes to the Market Maker (Shitadel) and says "Errrr.... We must have bought at least 5 billion shares from you in the last year and a half, but my client here is asking for more. Got anything for us?"

Shitadel responds stating that they have "shares for days", and the order can go through "no problemo!"

Retail gets their shares, Shitadel are in the hole for even more synthetics because they've failed to deliver actual shares

CS have absolutely NO VISIBILITY OF WHAT JUST HAPPENED, which in turn means that AA/AMC is completely in the dark regarding all the fuckery taking place

This is why he can boldly state that Retail own the vast majority of the company, whilst having no data on synthetic shares. It's also why another count is utterly pointless, because it won't highlight anything; he will only get the CS data, which is limited to the 515M available float

Until the market is burned down to the ground and rebuilt with (a lot) more visibility and proper enforcement, the fuckery will continue unabated

However, the good (and bad) news is that it's a ticking time bomb. The short sellers etc are absolutely fucked, and the short positions will have to be closed at some point, or they will slowly bleed to death while the world economy gets destroyed as they liquidate their long position
