I was so caught off guard by the fact that the Biden administration redefined what a recession is that I didn't even bother to ask what actually is the new definition of a recession? According to the classic definition we've been in one for 6 months minimum now. What does the new definition require before we can enter the acknowledgement phase of the recession and actually get to work on addressing it?
