Cryptocurrency has almost reached the singularity.
Don't forget why we are here, and why this market is so volatile:

Crypto is literally a world-changing technology, in the same way Internet or electricity was.
There is no future in which cryptocurrency will not become the backbone of value transfer and storage. Even if BTC drops to 2000, it won't matter. You just have to hold, and wait.
It is absolutely guaranted that it will go bullish again (and, *if* this is the start of a bear market, it will only last a few months, not years like the last).

So stop worrying. Get of your asses, read up, keep yourself productive and occupied. If it dumps further, better, work on your stacks.

At this point you should only be worried if you are holding a shitcoin which realistically might die for good when the bull run ends.
Which will eventually be the case of BTC, as it is indeed a shitcoin, but it will take an other bull phase or two before it begins phasing out.

You are absolutely safe if you are holding:

- XMR
- ADA
- XRP
- BTC
- LTC

You might be want to be a bit more cautious if you are holding

- RBC
- LINK
- DOT
- IOTA
- Good projects but with low mcap and traction

On the other hand, If you are holding shit defi tokens, ethereum, AVAX, or worse still BNB chink shit, then it's not my fault if the bobos eat you.

Assess your risk, prepare to freeze some assets for a while, but don't take out losses you don't need to.
