bruh I'm actually in almost the same scenario, but in sales. I've been lucky and gotten past quota, but I need a serious upgrade to my work ethic.

I don't want to go get an adderall perscription, as I've done that in the past and the sideeffects have been bad for me. Inb4 magic pill mentality, but been experimenting with some neurotropics/stimulants to help get a leg up on myself.

Other than that just getting more invested in my job in general, by using the income for investments, I'm hoping to get enough leverage to fight myself.

Do you have your own tech that you bring then? First step would be to not bring it, or whatever version of that you can find. Find a way to disconnect from home version of you and work you.

I'll admit that I got totally raped the past year. Not a ton of money lost, but I can see how an idiot would think that I've wasted time. I've learned a fuckload about this industry, and trading over the past year - and I've got a pretty strong immunity to worry/stress over having money in the market / losing -25% overnight. Not saying anything about the future, but the past year has taught me a ton of hard and harsh lessons that I would of happily paid 10x my investment loss so far.
