Well, it won't happen in the US because banks aren't allowed to call in loans anymore. It used to be that banks when they needed fast cash would call in the total sum of a loan which of course the borrower couldn't immediately repay. The banks would then get the land/property etc, but because all of the banks were doing it to poor farmers who had nothing to show for it the land was essentially already worthless, so now the banks were huge land owners with no liquidity and land they couldn't sell for pennies anyway. This was why the depression was so bad. Of course banking laws changed dramatically after the depression and China is looking to make the same mistakes that the US did before the depression.

Why does everyone think Certifications = Automatic Jobs? It's who you know not what certs you have. Certs used to mean something back in the 90s, but today don't mean jack shit. Everyone and his mother has an IT degree and a basketful of certs. Alot of those people can't get jobs because no one is going to hire you with no experience in the field. At this point you're probably better off going back to school and learning a trade.
