And keep in mind the US are like China, there are huge disparities of wealth both by class and region. A few mega cities like LA, NY or the emerging cities in Texas pull the global ranking the most but 90% of the US looks like Moldova on crack.
The GINI index is of the charts.
Meanwhile rural France, rural Spain or rural Italy aren't that far behind the mega cities in revenue adjusted for power purchase, sometimes they're even above.
