1. Rates will pivot this year or next year. It is a common misnomer that when rates pivot downwards everything moons due cheaper money HOWEVER, historically, when rates actually pivot downwards this causes bearish price action for 1-2 years, followed by a sideways period eg 2008 rates overlayed indices + most financial crisis before.
2. Insiders like Bezos & Musk are selling their own stock similarly to 2020 (before the COVID black swan). Similarly, large cap crypto founders are doing the same. I assume they are doing it because of the risk of above.
3. War. More war fronts opening up (possibly Iran, Taiwan, and somewhere in Africa or South America), will undermine global trade & cause a temporary dip due to market fear. However, this fear will only be temporary (1-2 yrs) as trade routes are eased, markets relax to a downward rate pivot, and then the economy marches on. After markets crash, a war economy will actually create BULLISH markets all around the world, especially as countries are rebuilt
Any market bobos will only be temporary 1-2 years after which Mumu will take over. This could possibly be the last golden bull run across markets, as large spending could cause hyper inflation.
It's also possible if the Russian front expands to destroy Eastern and Central Europe, or there's a war with Iran, african countries or South american, that America will subject destroyed countries to rebulding loans. This will be a form of financial slavery for the people living in the war-torn countries who now have to work to pay back the debt their government took on, to rebuild their country. This will have the affect of insulating America from its ticking debt time bomb of ~35t, while exporting inflation to other countries and creating USD demand (the only way other countries pay back the rebuilding loans is through USD) - continued

if you friend/gf related then talk to them. if thats doesnt help then avoid them for some time or leave them entirely.
if you have no friends/gf, then there are probably other reasons why that is so (no job, no hobbies, no interests, bad social skills, autism, NEET, ugly). there are all ways to rectify these situation through hard work, persistence and never giving up.
