Define "tech" because the SE has a lot of manufacturing which could also be in your wheelhouse depending on what they want to hire for. What is it you work in now? Any degrees?

Charleston is a beautiful city to be sure, and it probably has the largest industrial base of the ones you listed due to being an operation port. The outer banks aren't big on anything that isn't beach tourism and shipwrecks. If you're willing to be a couple hours from the beach in NC, you may try somewhere in the research triangle. Columbia SC may also have more opportunities, but again, not coastal.

Hi /biz/
I have a technical question regarding ETFs: a lot of them (in this case on all kinds of bonds) fluctuate once or twice a day, always at the same time, more or less the same amount.
Why is that?

The amplitude of the fluctuations is less than the bid ask spread, so not a way to make money; I just want to understand the mechanism underlying.

XRP is anti-crypto
it is the type of thing crypto was intended to do away with
it sucks that otherwise innocent (but retarded) people got suckered into this scam, but it had to happen eventually.

yes anon, (nearly) all recreational drugs feel good
but it doesn't feel so good when you wake up one day and realize you have no idea what happened in the last 6 months, and then you go into psychosis, paranoia and convulsions for a couple weeks and still have muscle spasms and cravings 3 years later

this
normalfags are absolutely awful with personal finance.
They do things that are pretty much unthinkable to someone with any financial sense, like paying interest on credit card debt after buying things they didn't need, like the latest gadget or whatever.
They have no idea why this is a bad idea, it is hard for me to conceptualize their thought process.

Biden represents the status quo, changes will be minimal. Any wealth redistribution will be half assed and negotiated with the wealthy.
Retards who think Biden is some sort of far-left socialist have been thoroughly memed. The only (nominally) ""viable"" candidate who would have been bad for markets was Bernie.
Markets are going to be volatile around the election anyways, and poised to overreact over literally nothing. It will recover in no time.

it's n!/(n-k)! where n is the total number of words and k is the number in the phrase
the number of permutations is:

or
~2.41 × 10^44

once you have a significant enough amount of files that you don't want to lose it becomes a lot easier to just back it up.
I have hundreds of gigs of data, documents and code I really don't want to lose. Uploading it to cloud storage would be expensive and inconvenient, although I do it for the really important stuff.
Backing up my programs is just a convenience on top of protecting my important files. Having configs saved when you move onto a new machine is also really nice, tho I guess you could probably upload that to cloud storage if that's your thing, I'm far too lazy for it.

Yeah, but at that point it might be better to just make your own fast food restaurant. You could potentially make fairly complex meals, better than what you could typically get at a fast food restaurant, if you had a machine that was designed well enough.
The main problem would be start up capital, advertising, and making machines that are adaptable enough to change the menu. If it was successful you would probably have fairly good profit margins, given you'd only have to have like 1 person to pay per store (to protect against potential thieves, handle issues) as well as technicians to fix the machines (maybe these could be the same person?). The machines would have to be really reliable though.

I don't get it either
Every article I've read seems to claim they offered services to US customers, but I'm fairly certain they specifically prohibit this.
Fedniggers can't possibly come down on them for people violating their terms of service and illegally creating accounts, that's absurd. I've never used bitmex since I'm a mutt, but surely they have KYC that should make it difficult for burgers to make an account, how could it possibly be their responsibility?
Maybe it has something to do with them having an SF office? seems like a reach but I'm not a lawyer so idk.

I get that, but it still needs to be done if you want to remain healthy.
Just doing a 10 minute exercise a day, maybe when you wake up, is enough to get started. It gets easier the more you do it.
For diet, what helped me was using a calorie tracking app so that I'm reminded as to why I shouldn't pick up fast food or eat some dessert. (entering the calories of your average fast food sandwich really puts it into perspective). It's hardly that much of a hassle either since these apps can generally be pretty easy to use.
I use a lot of drugs, but I don't think I'd end up fapping and eating all day without them desu. Guess everyone has their own coping mechanisms.
