But damn, is that stressful. I found a house I could simply buy, but do I really want to stay at that one place "forever"? What If I realize after a while that I don't like it? Or if it has some defect or other issue I or the civil engineer and architect I had with me on the visits didn't catch?
And it's at the wrong side of the country, 6h+ away from my family, but living closer to my family would cost approx half a million more. Which I don't have and can't even imagine to borrow. Like, how do you even live with such a huge debt on your shoulders?

>I snagged 5kilos of Te last year
Uh, what?
How do you even buy, let alone store or sell Te in "consumer amounts"?

>the, you could call it, anti-/pmg/ insurance. I.e. if IQdelet is indeed right and silver becomes worthless, because our current system is indeed sustainable, those can always be spent at face value, so unlike a random 1Oz coin, they won't become worthless!
However, you gotta watch out wich dates you get. Because of German autism (>Vat is zis? Ze face value is lowr dan ze metal value? Ve kant hav zis!) the most recent years are base metals (they did pull the same retardation with the 5 and 10 DM coins too).
Also got a few in rather random conditions.
But they got some neat designs. Really like the circular text, and damn, the Deutsches Museum brings back some nice childhood memories. Really gotta take my boys to that museum!
