As a really young guy, I know the effects of compounding interest and contributions on a retirement plan like a 401(k) can practically guarantee your status as a millionaire when you retire. Than said, im not sure how to feel about the future in terms of market stability and great reset conspiracies and whatnot. I really want to (and have the means to) max out my 401k in 2021, the full 19,500. Should I do it?

>Tells me that I might as well give up now because the whitelisting process will probably take longer than the amount of time I'll be with the company

How the fuck are these businesses still around? Their infrastructure is awful and they're wasting so much money when they could just automate this shit using basic consumer-grade software.

If any of you autists know shit about computers, now is the time to hop into these companies and automate as much as you can. being able to do basic shit with a PC or even just using filters in Excel will blow their fucking minds

Im about to be the only white male in the workplace of a massive bank in the department where I am going to. Everyone else is a woman or minority. Everyone they hired was awoman or minority. I got in because connections, which makes me feel like I wouldn't have gotten in if I was applying on merit. What am I going to do? I shard work and dedication the way to climb the ladder or am I fucked until I find a more white place to move to?
