My reasons for believing approximately $3k being the bottom are that 1) it retraced ~85% last time (85% of last ATH is around $3k), and 2) that the cost to mine 1 BTC is about $3k (over 50% of BTC hash power is located in Beijing, China)

Did a few seconds of reading and it seems Turing completeness is applied to the Solidity language, not Ethereum itself. And it seems like Turing completeness is a requirement for Dapps, but also leads to big security vulnerabilites, like the big eth hack (ps all the funds were recovered)
