There is interesting follow up conversation on this tweet. David makes a joke suggesting we are in Act 4 of the merchant of Venice. The merchant of Venice has 5 acts so perhaps this means we are nearing the end.

He also states the SEC lawsuit was not on his Christmas list. This leads me to believe that perhaps this is not part of some sort of scheme to flick the switch as you would assume he would be in on it however perhaps he was not consulted hence his frustrated tweets yesterday?
