If we assume the Microsoft deal with Gamestop comes out to about $100M/year (calculated by uberkikz - ~50M Xboxes sold, ~20% at GME, $10/yr/console, ignoring preowned), and a discount rate of nearly nothing because ZIRP infinity is a gogo, and a console cycle of 8 years, the MSFT deal is worth almost a billion dollars in DCF. Without growth! In a growing gaming industry!

At the $15 price point you're basically buying the Microsoft deal and getting the rest of Gamestop for free.
