perhaps, but from an industrial standpoint it cost resources to stop a continuous manufacturing process, and it costs assloads more money to have a factory that is idling
ad some expenses for building new factory, new equipment (probably just as cheap as moving existing equipment) and the human cost of replacing or doubling workforce (although there would probably be talent gained and lost from any such moves too)

then again stocks are not just about current worth, so the future upside might float a stock during that time, but the company itself would be hurting as it occurred, regardless of how shareholders feel about it
