Anon, Same age, same situation as you. Apparently 28/30 its a critical age for men in general. Some sort of mid life crisis. I find myself back home after being away for 10 years because my earnings plummeted . We must find the energy to at least start to do some exercise again , youll get back your gains . If we give up they win. I wish you the best , you are not alone
