is there a non kyc exchange you can stake usdc on? i have a stack that i dont really want to do anything with except see if i can get passive income until i need it

my exchange has lending and i havent heard any complaints but the rates go down after a bull market is over. im just kinda scared to lend out 17k to degen gamblers to get like 100 bucks a week. the exchange has auto liquidation though and they have an "insurance fee" where the maximum loss is 3% but they pay it back
