I wouldn't go all in on anything in this market. Keep diverse and accumulate unless you have reason to believe there's a breakout coming. My long term DCA stockfolio is
>50% us and global index
>15% energy (all uranium)
>10% semis
>10% precious metals
>5% meta
Being majority indexes gives me a good chunk of diversity I want in a long term, but I also hold a fair amount of commodities and crypto and also contribute to my 401k. I'd say at least a third of my net worth is cash as well since idunno wtf is going on these days. I wouldn't make real estate more than 15-20% of your portfolio unless you've done the DD to justify why it makes sense. But if you had I don't think you'd be asking us.
