Hi, forgive me, new to selling on ebay-ish, now the offer this guy has offered me is acceptable, and he has 100% feedback rating with (51), the issue is...well this.

Were these people who left him feedback retarded, or was the ratings modified?

Should I trust this guy, as I assume we know top feedback is most recent, 6 months ago infact.

And what could be the harm if I agree to the offer and he doesn't pay, just a waste of time?

Could he just shit out a bad rating if he doesn't get his way?

Should I cry like a bitch and just decline the offer and blacklist him mentally?

I want to sell more than playing cards but not if I'm gonna cop flak for it.
