I have been a perma bull throughout this entire downturn and will continue to be. I am just depositing more money now then previously. I am a slurper. I am an acoomelator. I am going to make it. FED will pivot like they did after WWII and do enough QE to make inflation remain hot while burning away US debt in nominal terms. The people of the US are in some of the best financial positions in history while the government is unironically going to go bankrupt if these rates are kept due to debt/gdp and the renewing of their debt at these new (fastest rate hikes in history btw) rates. Inflation is an equal tax that's not called a tax, the people would slaughter politicians at this point if they tried to add a tax that effected the poor more than the rich, so implement a tax that's not called a tax. Expect massive spending to continue on "things that matter" like infrastructure, green energy, war, paying off student loan debt etc. Republicans will make their own reasons to spend. I have remained silent for some time, but it is now when I bring out my favorite straw and slurp until I'm a frikken epic chonker!
