Can any big brains explain to me why a company would delist senior notes at different interest rates due 2023, 2024, and 2027 from the NYSE, and what it means? The article says the holders will keep receiving payments through US Bank.

I'm pretty sure I just own common shares (ET), so will this really affect the value or dividends at all, or just some clerical paperwork?
