Even if they hire their family at the same rates as other groups, they're statically less likely to hire a stranger of the same race as them than other groups. Plenty of studies of group bias have confirmed this behavior.

Simple, lower intelligence and less education. Corporations fall over themselves to hire black people, the problem is that they can't find enough of them that are qualified.

This is pure projection. You're basically asserting that immigration is part of the problem but you're too stupid to realize it and blame it on corporations rather than the people who are actually deciding who gets into office and who gets to enact these laws. Minorities in the US overwhelmingly vote for mass immigration and they see zero issue with it. They want people to suffer because of their inferiority complex. If only white people voted, all of the immigration loopholes would begin to close. This is increasingly less likely to happen as mass immigration continues.
