I'm not Based Bob, I think he's asleep now. I've had the cops called on me a fair number of times but never got any tickets and only once was ran out, as I was trying to sneak a dig in the property of a city park where such digging is prohibited. The rest of the time they were just making sure I wasn't poaching, burying bodies or setting up a meth lab and told me to fill in the holes when I was done then left me alone. The situation would likely be different if they caught you sneaking into a fenced off construction site but when I see good stuff in the dirt piles fear of the law has never stopped me.
