It means that come Jan/Feb there could be more sellers than buyers, as folks that hold the shares (e.g. employees) want to make a quick buck, which would result in the stock price going down. But who knows if many folks will sell off, who knows how strong the sell-off will be, etc etc. you can't time the market - if you like PLTR for it's cool everyone-wears-black aesthetic, and it's evil corporation big data big government shit and you're bullish on it, just buy it first thing tomorrow and don't look at it for many years.
