macro implications of SPY vs RSP lag?

What do you guys think of PRQ? Might be the first altcoin I actually believe in.

I’m not sure how to find what I’m looking for because I’m not really sure what it is that I’m looking for.

>office looks newly rented
>unopened boxes everywhere
>group interview
>learn about the company for an hour and a half
>”Okay, come back tomorrow for the next group interview!”

>go anyway out of curiosity
>2 hours of learning how you get paid
>vacuum is basically a $5000 plastic piece of shit
>no sales training, office protocol, or anything else
>“For the final step to become a full employee at this company, go find 5 family members and sell them this product”

>find and interview at 2 more companies just like this
>don’t ever do the final step

After this experience I started looking for other jobs. I keep finding more and more jobs with requirements that seem so simple that anyone could apply. They seem to all have some shitty xx-tier management structure that changes constantly with no real understanding of who is running the whole thing. The pay is usually commission based on hitting goals with incredibly high standards. Almost every review I’ve found for the companies’ have been negative, with a few super positive ones - these five-star reviews having poor grammar and spelling errors to the tune of an Indian guy talking to a white woman on Facebook. These companies seem to be funneling employees in and out at an incredible pace that seems tedious and unrealistic for a serious company.

Are these all some sort of scam? A money laundering scheme? A government conspiracy?
