Wrong, the real ATH was reached in 2016, and that's looking at it in a naive way. I wish I could find a chart I saw a couple of years ago that showed a better measure (I think it was relative to money supply) and that showed that 2021 was reaching into some 2-sigma deviation. We're close to the 2021 top, there isn't much room to go up, that's why you'd have to be retarded to hold something like TQQQ just because it did well since 2010.
