How to be creative without being evil? I recently learned of a scam whereby the actor rents a home, copies the keys of the home, and then upon lease's end creates fake rental listings on craigslist, using the copied key to show the home to potential renters and even going so far as to accept all application and move-in fees from the potential renter (fraudulently, of course.)

I had never heard of this. I would like to be exactly this creative, but not evil like this. Where to begin?
