Ah nice thanks. It sounds like then they underperform regular bonds if inflation comes back down? So you are getting 1.76% real yield on TIPS and 0.92 real on 10 year?

Does the bond adjust while you hold it or are you locked into that 1.76% for entire maturity? If it changes sounds like the bonds will always wash out to be equivalent.
