Transaction fee and transaction tax fuck me in the ass good, so I want to keep orders to a minimum.

If you could only buy once every month (when your paycheck arrives), what sort of investment would you recommend? I'm either thinking an S&P 500 index fund or half a dozen (a dozen max) US tech companies I can rotate each month. (Risky as fuck, though.)

30+ holdings is too expensive on fees so fuck diversification I guess.
