Then why should they be protected from liability? States being too lenient with collectives of people who try to amass wealth and power is a race to the bottom. See Kansas City. The Missouri and Kansas portions offer cheaper and cheaper tax rates to lure business in. Except the only winner is the business, and the states keep losing revenue, meaning they can't fund the basic functions of their society, meaning eventually the lack of education and safety net will stop making innovative people who can make new corps.

Except arbitration favors the corporation. They can basically get away with wage theft or mistreatment of employees. If there's no union power, guess what the most efficient and competitive thing to do is. Yeah, fuck your employees because there's no one else out there vying for employees who isn't also fucking them.
