Very high iq autist friend worked in fremont facility and said it was beyond cutthroat. Musk would come out to the floor in a rage and fire a dozen engineers on the spot. We already see this extreme clickbait mentality across youtube and it is incentivizing people to constantly churn out dogshit content. 99% of the quality memes are hand crafted by autistic artisans on this website. You can tell when an NPC generates a new meme because it doesn't challenge anything. It is often bizarre or ironic purely for the sake of being so. The end result is a terrible sort of self-aware banality.
