it's how modern day slave-drivers ensure their slaves are working hard and never fuck around on the job...my only advice is to use headphones with ambience playlists on youtube for outdoors etc, and above all protect your posture and health, otherwise you'll basically be disabled in about a year, which i've seen happen to two people so far
