I wouldn’t recommend any of this stuff to someone who is pre psychotic or not in a good state of mind
Even then, psychedelics are supposed to be used only in key moments of your life as you develop for initiatory purposes
It’s not good to dwell too long there
There’s a reason why they call them the “food of the Gods” and we’re only mortal
To keep its sacred quality it should be used sparsely due to the fact that when initiated using it, that moment and space becomes consecrated and acts as the “de-facto” centre of all existence and time.
To use it recreationally is to misunderstand what’s happening
Plants are talking to us during these experiences. It’s why so many different groups of cultures report the same visions and experiences independently of one another
