I know this is a troll but the only thing that matters is how much you put in vs how much you take out. At the end of the day if you put in 1200 you need to take out 1200 for it not be a loss. Regardless of what your average shows up as on the screen.
Yeah if you're a skilled swing trader you could sell the rallies and buy lower at risk of it unexpectedly pumping on you as a way to pull money out. But most people would get heemed trying to do that when they sell at a loss and then it pumps.
