Principially, the legality of the state is based on outsourcing of rights and sovereignity. If you're deemed a criminal - however the consensus and who's partaking in it - you're 'legally' stolen of your moral rights by force.

Also, the single principle that underscores the legality of state (enforced, which can't be argued against is immoral, because no mechanism for opting in and out of it exist "to protect you from criminals and guarantee your rights" yet in truth, it is the people on top managing the system who's setting the rules) is that you can always make your own unit of credit and account, functioning as a currency.
The state, to my horror, will never thread over this principle, because that will be the single most determing factor that juridically will cascade into so many symptoms showing the people the state in moral principle is illégitime and only backed by blind faith, force, works without accountability (which blockchain technology can solve), and thst the design to make it work as promised and intended by the greater fools who work overtime for basically evil people, who have mastered their own on-top system backed by contracts of mutual destruction, and time and time again throughout history these people have been the reason why evidence keep on dissapearing from the weights of consideration when people design social consensus.

So, simply, if you design laws backed by force people can optain power within that system. The only way to do this is designing a system behind "legality" which is maintained by a unit of account backing the creation subtokens of utility, like legality, to be over the people servicing it with a sort of opt-in-opt-out machanism, for instance, liquid democracy, so that if any system is given no single fucks in any given moment it will drop to the ground and die.

I come here for info, not some random guy sperging out against or warning against someone, but facts. Facial expressions. Statements from someone. By now I'm feeling experienced enough to even trust specific jews, if I percieve their threshold for greed and susceptibility to corruption is low enough to play out as good actors - which is extremely rare, and still, I have no reason not to be reminded that anyone, good or bad, can fall under the bus somewhere, knowing how evil people in power with forced money schemes can become.
