>not set up for agriculture
>not competitive with factory farming of livestock
>trying to sell these large acreages for top dollar in an inflated real estate market

Somehow I suspect that I'm not the only person on /biz/ who gets a chuckle from the outrage that boomers have when we don't hold their bags. However I could come up with something profitable to do with all of that land, but I'd be a fool to buy at those prices.
