>auto loan debt is about 10% of total debt in the economy... the housing loan debt bubble didn't pop until 2007 when it was about 2/3 of the total debt in the economy.
Housing was too big for the government not to do anything about but the auto loans are not important enough I think, so the industry will suffer.

>China or Europe will likely be the ones to set it off and spill over to US
Why? Europe?
Cars are much harder to finance here than in the US, where everybody finances everything.

I'm a first year finance student that is doing unpaid shenanigans at a medium sized finance firm (they do other stuff, so IDK if I will be with finance people). I suspect I will be subject to bitch work, office boy shit because I'm a first year that has had no office work previous.

What are some things I should keep in mind like dresscode, etiquette, impressing my superiors so I get paid work etc.

Even in Germany re-import of German made cars sold in the US is a thing because the prices there are much lower than in Germany.

US is probably the market where cars are sold the cheapest.
