Lend Lease hasn't actually started yet. Most of what Ukraine has been given from the West is Cold War/Post Cold War tech, a lot of it old Soviet surplus from former WSP states because Ukraine has actual infrastructure for that sort of thing. Pic related is one of the HARM missiles from the U.S. that the Ukes were using to blow up/suppress Russian AA radar; it's warranty expired in '91.
The most modern equipment Ukraine has received from NATO are anti-tank missiles and rocket artillery. Most everything else is mothballed Soviet equipment or older surplus from the post Cold War. Exception for the Turkish drones whose name I forget how to spell, but I think those were purchased by Ukraine directly.
