When Buffet says "tax the rich" does he want other rich people to make him even more money by redistributing their money into the coffers of the companies he holds?

He's the guy who says the rich doesn't pay enough taxes whiles spending million on accountants to exploit all of the loop holes.

He also tells people to invest in index funds when he got his wealth from hand picking stocks. It's likely his stocks in in his Berk stocks are in said index funds, so when people buy index funds his wealth goes up.
