>Tfw when you sold crypto in Feb 2021
>Then you rotated that into big tech, then sold that in Nov 2022
>Then you moved into energy and wheat ETFs, selling that after the invasion of Ukraine

You can call me fucking Quasimodo because I can predict the future

>Tfw when you sold crypto before the dump, rotated it into big tech then sold that before Ukraine, rotated into energy stocks and wheat ETFs - sold that now and waiting in cash to slurp dividend kings during the great sell off

You are nuts for not being happy your boss is a female. I'm self employed but essentially get contract work under a ton of interior designers, builders, artists etc, all females, its glorious dealing with women who know what they want and how to schmooze properly without being hyper aggressive as the sole motivator in the toolkit. At older jobs I had, female managers etc. were always chill with me. Learn to be relaxed and charming OP, recognize their authority/role/position and try to listen more than try to plug holes and offer solutions, this technique for me has worked. Don't over promise but try to over deliver. Women are better at sniffing out bullshit as well imo.
