Decided to check filings on Kroll earlier, and, apparently, Neelay Das has filed a motion for relief today. Any reason why he would do that when everyone knows that the shares are getting reissued and are about to moon? Docket 2455, for anyone curious.

Well, that is interesting. But, as the other anon said, the easy mode for preserving NOL benefits has little to do with preserving the same equity holders. As far as I know, the main limitation is preserving the continuity of business, and that one would be tricky at this stage. Which is why, when someone wants to get those juicy NOLs, he uses jew magic and lets the bankrupt company acquire its new owner, probably before that company is forced to sell all its assets. I'm afraid to ask, but what is this 50% equity holder rule?
