I watched my portfolio go up and down 3K today. I missed the bull of 2017 but gathered the courage to shill and FOMO during the four year crawl. Heroic I was in 2021 with much gains and much sorrow. Memantic lessons learned. I have been shaped by it, I have been transformed by the 2016 birth of APU. I have watched him grow. He has not lost faith. For this is the beginning before the great halving. Time before the boomer FOMO and the liquidation of many.

These next months with be tough. Our hearts will beat by the immense gains and loses and our minds tested from the betrayal of the swingies, ruggers, and fudsters. But Apu is within all of us, he is us. We will ride free with frens. We ride free starting tonight!

3. Think about housing - renting gives you options and also now is not the time to buy a house
4. Be mobile - be open to moving to get a good job
5. Marry your GF - if for no other reason than the tax benefits but the truth is you don't want your child to be a bastard
6. Health insurance - get it set up for her and kiddo
7. Talk with the GF - make her part of the plan
8. Get physically fit - will help you deal with the challenges you are facing
9. Build a network - talk to friends and family
10. Don't go the abortion route - I knocked up a GF in college our senior year and she wanted to get an abortion - i should have fought harder but wish I had married her and the kid. I think my life would have been more fulfilling (says the guy who makes $400K a year and hates life and spends too much money on hookers and booze).
