I'm going to take $5k out of my gains, put it into one coin, make multiple backups of the wallet/seed/key, and just let it sit there and pretend it doesn't exist for 10-20 years. Which coin should it be?

So, /biz/, if cryptos are supposed to be spent, tell me how is spending or transferring Bitcoin is ever preferable to cash, if I'm not buying anything illegal?

Since Bitcoin is officially shit now and the devs are corrupt as fuck, what cryptocurrencies do you hold for semi-long-term (weeks/months) storage? I want to keep my shit off the exchanges during this big dip.

Bitcoin Cash is the natural choice, but because of the drama surrounding it, I feel like it might end up being forgotten in the end. I was thinking Litecoin, but it's too volatile with a history of crashing down even lower and taking months or even years to recover. Eth? Monero?
