The shilling comes when new exciting news are being announced by the devs. They just announced their masternode fee plan for their hydra phase which is the final decentralization network.

This project has been underground since early 2018. Right after market start crashing, XSN was born to scale BTC and connect it with ETH.

XSN is basically 3 years ahead of these new L2 projects. Basically no one is attempting in using Lightning because they realized how big of an uphill climb it is.
