Hypothetical scenario:
> Woman: Standing behind a man doing a fortnite dance
> Man: Notices and punches the woman
> Many s ! o ! y ! b ! o ! y ! s ! and whiteknights, like >>11454440, are ready to punch the guy for "going too far"
> Eventually the media picks it up
> Media up in arms and wanting the guy who punched her given 10 years in prison
> She's hailed as being strong, brave, and a hero for enduring such a traumatic experience
> She eventually gets a noble peace prize

Reality:
> Man: Standing behind a woman doing a fortnite dance
> Woman: Notices and executes a weird attack
> Many s ! o ! y ! b ! o ! y ! s ! and whiteknights, like >>11454440, are ready to punch the guy for "going too far"

Could very well go down this route in reality:
> Eventually the media picks it up
> Media up in arms and wanting the guy who "assaulted" her via a fortnite dance given 10 years in prison
> She's hailed as being strong, brave, and a hero for standing up for herself in such a traumatic experience
> She eventually gets a noble peace prize

Data analysis:
> Man in the gif was pretty much screwed either way

Personal:
I'd have been heavily inclined to want to beat her up just to make the woman realize her actions can and do have consequences. In the US that would likely result in incarceration even when women don't seem to face the same level of punishment for such actions here in the US. Heck if I reacted like her everytime a woman sexually harrased me (eg. Hand on the chest. If you say that is not worthy of defending myself over, than how much less so is the woman in the right for attacking a man who did not even physically touch her?) I'd be in jail for "going too far."
