It feels to me like the optimal strategy for jiemy is solely to be profitable for a number of quarters sufficient that they can then issue a dividend (ideally digital via their NFT marketplace although perhaps a normal cash dividend would suffice, however, I would argue this is strategically suboptimal).

Given the SHFs ability to utilise swaps, dark markets, naked shorting via infinite liquidity through ETFs and the incompetence/complicity of the SEC, I don't see any other way. Obv hope I'm wrong.

Been trying to assess when a company can issue a dividend from a whiter than white legal standpoint (e.g. avoiding as much as possible legal fuckery a la Overstock). I know that they could issue a dividend whenever they wanted but interested if anyone knows of any examples of companies turning around and at what number of profitable quarters they have subsequently issued a dividend?

Alright lads, give us a hand here, these things aren't gonna move themselves...

Hedgies and brokers say "no problem with the split, everyone got their dividend shares, no talmudic fuckery to see here" RC issues NFT dividend of some description which causes MOASS in roughly ... 2 more weeks
