I would never tell anybody about a gem unless I personally feel comfortable at those prices. My avg buy is probably above $4 for full disclosure and it will keep going up as I accumulate more.

You will never see anybody pump and dump but accumulate at the same time as the people he is supposedly going to dump on. Unless I want to lose money.
