Most of the land they manage is objectively worthless. New towns aren't needed or wanted, especially with the economic void in most of rural America.

That WOULD make an excellent vacation home, and it's a fair price at 22m. Wouldn't work as a full time home, though, because homeschooling is illegal in Germany, and my family's fairly prolific. I have 8 siblings and intend to have 6 children myself. Those bedrooms would fill up quick.

I want to build it in America, preferably in one of the green zones. I'm thinking Kentucky/Tennessee/West Virginia, along with a couple hundred acres to devote to forest and another few acres for growing the family food.
